E-commerce investor Clearco has introduced that its ClearAngel programme has funded Bomaternity, a Canadian activewear model specialising in trendy and sensible attire for all levels of motherhood. ClearAngel provides early-stage founders entry to income share capital, data-driven recommendation and Clearco’s in depth community of apps, companies and traders.

Bomaternity was based in 2017 by Mississauga-based sister duo Megan Pembleton and Alicia Lyn. The idea for the model’s first product, a nursing sports activities bra, arrived when Alicia realised the discomfort of her conventional sports activities bra – the one possibility for staying energetic whereas caring for her little one.
